Gunther mumbled something and went back to the basement to work on the furnace again.

Mary was a little late getting to work this morning. For one thing, she was still crashing at Mike's apartment and he didn't have a hair dryer, so it took Mary a while to get ready. When Mary walked into the lobby, Gunther looked at her suspiciously. "Vhat are you doing here? The other girl works today," he said.

"Oh, I talked to Hoshi and we switched days," explained Mary. "That way George Michael and I both have the same day off."

Gunther didn't seem happy about it. He stomped off to the kitchen, muttering in German.

D'Argo did open Caritas tonight. Of course, as he had no AU children wandering around, he had no idea how many people might need to get really really plastered today.
